"Unhappy with treatment"

The surgery is very nice inside, the reception staff are not very helpful and I feel that the doctors did not care about my health.

I attended and was not treated with the respect I deserve from one of the doctors. I have medical issues which I felt are not being addressed.

I was also chucked of the register due to them moving the catchment area and I was not informed of this happening. I got a letter when I got back from holiday telling me to find a new GP.

They have a lot of issues which they need to work out as this could be a nice GP service but right now it’s not.
