"ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING"

went to a&e last night with my 10 month old baby, he was struggling to breathe, wheezing and his ribs were caving in with every breathe he took. the doctor was absolutely appalling. he checked his temp, looked in his ear and mouth, nearly making my son sick i might add by sticking a wooden stick too far down his throat. he didn’t check his chest or anything, just went and got an inhaler and gave it to us and said bye showing us the door. didn’t explain how to use it or when or anything. so i left with a poorly boy, and the doctors just said no he’s fine there’s nothing wrong when they could clearly SEE AND HEAR there were. will be putting fa complaint in.
