"A lesion removed from the left back of my neck"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as a service user),

I just come back from Forth Valley Royal, it was fine,

I  had a lesion removed from the left back of my neck, I think there's a little bit on the side that they put a plaster over near my glasses.

The staff were lovely, and the whole way through they told me whats going on.

Got there at 9, in 10 minutes later, back home by 10. First in queue. I think I've got to go into my GP next week to get my stitches out.

Thank you for letting us know how your appointment went.

We try our best to see everyone on time, however it is not always possible.

I am glad you felt fully informed, it is better than getting an unpleasant surprise.

Hopefully everything heals well and you are back to normal soon.

Thanks again

David
