"Pain Management Clinic"

I first saw this clinic in January. I was quoted by a nurse that I would be be able to get off morphine in two years. She obviously new nothing about because I had already been on it for sometime.

The consultant could not see me and I would have a follow up in six months.

Seven months later they invited me in but my husband could not take me. I was recently invited in again but I am away on holiday.

Because of me not wanting to cancel my holiday. they discharged me from the clinic.

Looks like I am to remain on morphine indefinitely. It’s like being a legal drug addict.
