Shocked at how little regard you have for your clients with neurological disabilities. I even met with verbal unpleasantness when I tried to interject on behalf of my daughter who can’t take phone calls from strangers.
I’m waiting for an answer to my complaint and I’m more than happy to go to the ombudsman. Even our gp isn’t impressed
