I wanted to leave a message about the excellent care I received from one member of staff in orthotics. I learnt so much more about my condition. He took time to explain and give me first class attention about the problem and why he was designing the insoles which I have now received. He is a credit to your hospital and I knew I was safe and expert hands. Please make sure this member of staff receives this feedback.
