I have had two consultations in recent months both of which were excellent.

Rang for an appointment after 10am and got through immediately.

Appointment made for the same day with the doctor of my choice.

Doctor only running 5 minutes late

My consultation was very thorough, with the GP listening with patience to my problems, the diagnosis was discussed in depth resulting in a referral being made immediately.

I was delighted with the outcome of my appointment with the senior doctor who in every respect was most thoughtful, very patient and understanding plus involving me in all aspects of the consultation and decisions, not for getting the kindness and professionalism during my 20 minute appointment. What an excellent doctor.

A very happy patient of Blackwood Health Centre.
