"Worth The Wait"

I was booked into a 3 hour window - first come first served. However, the 3 people before me had queue jumped and came in BEFORE their start times. Alas I had to wait 90 minutes to see my physio, and as a result I got a parking ticket. The session was efficiently conducted by the physio, and a diagnosis of my shoulder pain got in about 10 mins. She gave me a big latex band to do exercises with and some instructions - exactly what my sister got with a paid private physio (she had the same problem).
