"Referral to dermatology"

Ridiculous service from the dermatology centre. Referred over by my gp at start of November. Was still waiting for an appointment to be made, instead, I recieved a letter today saying I missed my appointment at the bury dermatology centre and i have been discharged. What Appointment???? Never received an appointment letter, phone call, email, nothing! So I called the number on the letter and the Secretary said they can't do anything and that I will have to go back to my GP. After explaining I'm not happy, she went looking for the booking department number?? Couldn't find that number so gave me a different number to contact which I couldn't get through to.

My eczema getting worse was the reason I got referred in the first place and now I am going to have to wait another 5 weeks to get referred plus another appointment with my GP.

Not Happy at All!!
