I have always had exemplary care at HB Group Practice.

I understand people's irritation with having to wait to see someone however if a number of doctors have left this measure still ensures people can be seen while the practice's capacity is reduced and is a sensible step to take.

Hopefully if more doctors can be recruited this will mean it will be easier to get appointments in the future.
