I visit the dental hospital regularly and the staff are just FAN-TAS-TIC!

They’re so caring, so attentive and just generally lovely people who make you feel so at ease!

Sadly, I do have a negative, but this is not aimed at the hospital staff and I don’t appear to be the only one!

I visited on the 6th November and I parked in the car park. I had just had quite a horrible procedure done in my mouth and I can’t say that I was concentrating 100%. I put in my numberplate and I paid exactly what it said on the screen. One would assume that if you type in your personal number plate they would tell you how much you owe. However, just before Xmas I have been blessed with a £100 fine. It appears to be a bit of a con from the company. I visited the dentist again a couple of days ago and analysed the machine to find that it’s quite a confusing process to get to the exact amount and that if you’re not aware of this you wouldn’t even think about it - like me.

I’ve appealed and they have rejected my appeal. I’m not happy at all and it’s quite a nasty way of conning people. 😞 please be aware Bristol hospital, they’re letting you down. We don’t mind paying for parking but we do mind getting conned and then being slapped with a fine. 😞
