"As quick as one could hope for"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Had to go to a and e last night after falling on ice.  Department was extremely busy but the staff were working all out and turnaround time was as quick as one could hope for considering how busy. All staff I was involved with were excellent but must make particular mention of Tom ( believe nurse practitioner) who was great in all aspects.

Dear Kingken,

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience from your visit to the A&E at the RAH. Last Tuesday was a particularly challenging day for all due to the number of injuries from the black ice. Despite this, I am pleased to read that your experience was a positive one. I will share your kind feedback with Tom who I am know will greatly appreciate it. It's always very rewarding for the staff to know that despite a busy department, the care they have provided has remained a high standard and met the expectations of the patients.

I hope your injury is resolving and we don't see more black ice anytime soon!

Best wishes

Jacqueline
