"Crisis team norwich have been superb"

Over 3 weeks ago. My family had to contact the crisis team (via police and gp) for me step father. That day the night crisis team came out and put a plan into action for home care crisis help and medication. It's been 3 weeks since then and they are hopefully going to sign him off in a week. My step dad is on the road to recovery. The mental health team and social services have been fantastic. They have turned our lives and his around. We can all sleep now knowing he won't cause harm to himself.

The mental health team have been with him daily to ensure medication was taken and he had support. Social services have now put in place daily visits. I really don't want to think where we would be if we hadn't had this support.
