About: Croydon Psychological Therapies Service (Croydon Iapt)

I was suffering from anxiety which manifested in panic attacks and I needed help as it was seriously affecting my work.

I was assigned to a CBT professional and managed to get much better as the sessions progressed. The therapist was professional and attentive and very helpful and wish to self-refer and continue work as soon as there is an opening.
