I have a chronic ongoing autoimmune condition that I will probably have all my life and I have moved around the country a little for work so have seen many local NHS trust - from Wales to London, to Manchester and now West Suffolk. Care can be erratic in some parts of the country, more down to underfunding than any staff concerns but the best by far is West Suffolk. I don't know if it's down to management, a great clinical team or better funding but the service is lot smoother and efficient and leaves you feeling a lot more confident than other trusts. I hope it can keep it up as it is a key factor in me deciding where to stay put for a while.
