The treatment I received from the time of my admission , till the time I left, 7 days later I could not have had better treatment that I had during my stay in Ward 15.
To the theatre staff, through to the recovery ward staff, the porters, all the day ,and night staff in ward 15 , meal servers, and of course Mr Fernades , my consultant, I would like to take this opportunity to say a big Thank you to all of them for the for helping my recovery go so smooth.
The only bad point that came to my notice was when a Manager came into our ward, and decided to shout their mouth off at the staff who were working in the ward at that time, In my opinion, did not deserve to be spoken to in that manner, and definitely not in front of patients, and visitors.
I did say my piece to them regarding a little "Man Management" would not have gone a miss. Needless to say we never had any Hellos, or Good mornings during the rest of my stay. The staff have enough to put up without being treated that way by someone who should know better.
