I called the surgery to speak to someone about my prescription which was out of sync with few medicines arriving at a different date than others. I spoke to Yvonne who took time to understand what my problem was and managed to set it right by putting a note to the doctors to ensure the medicines were all prescribed at he same time. I was impressed with her courtesy and kindness despite doing a very difficult job which can be trying at times.
