About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Aldershot

(as a service user),

I have been using Aldershot Inclusion since late February this year. I have used most of the group meetings and services it has to offer and am now alcohol free for the last 94 days. The services I have used and am still using are the Inclusion Recovery Programme, S.M.A.R.T, Acceptance, Commitment, Therapy. All have helped me immensely along with acupuncture and meditation, mindfulness sessions. I am hoping to do training in ACT in the new year as I feel it is a tool that service users can use not only in overcoming addiction but also in all aspects of everyday life. I am truly grateful to Aldershot Inclusion and the services they have to offer as I don't believe I could have achieved recovery without them.

Thank you for your kind feedback regarding the services in Aldershot which I will pass on to the team. It is great to hear the positive impact the service is having.

If you are interested in ACT training please could you speak to a member of staff in Aldershot or your key worker so this can be considered.

I wish you all the best in your ongoing recovery, a great achievement.
