"Still Waiting on Consultation"

About: Edgbaston Hospital

5 days have passed since I wrote the previous review. Sorry that I have to write another one. Problem still hasn’t been solved and I have just been thrown from one call to another without resolution. Honestly tired of waiting. It’s been 5 weeks since I saw the first consultant and I have still yet been given a chance to make an appointment with a new consultant. Have I been forgotten just because I’m an NHS patient? Was told to give the patient administration manager a call but the calls never made through and I’ve yet to receive a call back from the voicemails I’ve left behind. Is there any way that I can just return back to my old consultant and get this surgery booked and out of the way? Or is there anyone that can actually make me a booking?

Sorry for giving it a star, I’ve honestly ran out of patience. (I’ll definitely review it again once my surgery has been done- depending if it ever happens)
