"About my treatment"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Basingstoke

(as a service user),

Best things about my treatment:

-everybody I spoke to had a lot of patience and moved at my pace for my recovery.

- I got on to my medication smoothly and relatively pain free.

- Groups I attended in action satellite were inspirational for me and sparked passion for my recovery and introduction to fellowships and am now an active member of CA.

-I had a supportive keyworker who had a lot of tolerance for me and after my discharge I still pop in from time to time.

- Two days of satellite service could have been better but I know it is now open Tue & Fri.

-Locum pharmacists don't know the clients and can make mistakes.

-I would like to thank Carol Neil, Kaisa, Chris (vol) and Stephen.

Thank you for your kind feedback around the provision of services in Alton. It is great to hear of the positive aspects of your treatment journey which will be passed on to the relevant staff members and volunteers.

With reference to the issues with Locum Pharmacists, I will feed this back to the Pharmacy Lead so they are aware of the risks of using locums and the impact this can have on clients they don't know.

I wish you all the best in your ongoing recovery.
