I am so surprised to find out after so many years of struggling that there is so much help available. I finally believe I may learn the skills to cope with my life without stimulants

Thank you - Telford has a thriving recovery community(A better Tomorrow, Telford After Care Team, STARS as well as brilliant mutual aid groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and SMART Recovery) which is welcoming to all and helps people realise their gifts. Your belief in change will actively be supported by all that is available to you and of which you too can bring.
