(as the patient),

I arrived at hosp 2hr15mins early as I was really unwell and i didn't want to cancel to have my catheter changed

The staff were wonderful They finished their lunch break early so they could do me b4 clinic started 

I was ever so upset because I was physically unwell and the staff were so kind and considerate with me and soon put me at ease which greatly helped me both emotionally and physically 

I could not thank the staff enough for being so kind and supportive when I was so unwell xxx
