I wish to once again send my gratitude and respect to one particular surgeon and his team for the relief they have given me to my feet and for referring me for an US guided injection.

I have been under this team for two years now.

I am so impressed with the process appointments are made, there is little or no waiting and then we are called in for the procedure. This is a reflection of a professional and well organised department and hospital.

The staff on Ward D are so professional, kind and supportive as people await their surgery. My experience on Monday 05.11.2018 was perfect from the minute I arrived on D Ward and until they discharged me. As were the staff in the theatre supporting this surgeon, the nursing and technical staff were patient, supportive and kind.

This Monday I attended an appointment with Ultra Sound department and again the procedure was completed with care and attention.

I sincerely hope Management appreciate the work of its consultants, nurses and technicians and may your hospital continue to provide the service which was envisioned when the NHS was established many, many years ago.
