"Worst Receptionists in Town!"

Un-professional, grumpy, rude, argumentative + condescending receptionists.

I have sat in this surgery many a time waiting for my appointment and to see the way some patients are spoken to is beyond belief.

There is obviously a couple of favourite patients that are treated with some respect that keep giving feedback here, but believe me, it is by no way a true reflection of the day in day out service at this surgery.

Doctors and nurses are great, if you can actually get to see one.

BUT the receptionists are definitely the worst in town.

I would advise don't go, unless you are desperate.
