"Excellent care and amazing medical staff"

I was referred by my optician and seen within a few weeks. I started attending the clinic in June and my most recent visit was in November. I would like to thank each of the medical staff who cared for me especially the staff nurses and the consultant for the human kind and caring manner in the way they dealt with me. I was very anxious about all aspects of being at hospital and the procedures and forthcoming treatment.

I was treated with kindness and respect but fully informed of what eye treatment (injections) meant for me. If it was not for the staff nurse and the consultant that sat with me patiently and encouraged me that the treatment would be fine I would have never came back. Now months later I can see again in my left eye and feel so much better. I am so grateful. Joanne
