We wanted to write to offer our heartfelt thanks and compliments to this surgery who were brilliant in helping us recently.
While enroute to the airport, my father realised that he had left one of his insulin syringes at home. We rang the surgery and spoke to the receptionist who immediately appreciated the urgency of the situation and passed the message on to the on call doctor.
The doctor spoke directly with the pharmacist at the airport and between them, managed to find a suitable insulin from their current stock. The pharmacy was able to dispense the drug immediately following a discussion with us and the doctor sent the correct prescription electronically afterwards.
We have been with this practice for over 40 years (since before their move to the current location) and as such, are all to aware of their excellent service and care. This is yet another fine example of this practices dedication and caring towards its patients.
