I came in to get my right hand checked out, having sustained a fall the day before and considerable swelling and bruising. I was triaged within about 5 minutes of sitting down in the waiting area, then after a few questions was led straight into the X-Ray room. From there I was taken to see another nurse, who was really reassuring and gave me a hand brace.
I was in and out within 20 minutes - really impressed at the efficiency and how quickly everything was done. I had brought a book with me thinking I'd be waiting for ever, but obviously not the case as they're so well organised. Would definitely visit again if I had any doubts with minor injuries.
