"Nothing was too much trouble"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I had ankle surgery at the Day Surgery Unit, Queen Margaret Hospital in Fife and could not be more pleased with the way I was looked after.

The Receptionist, Domestic, Nurses and Drs were all extremely caring, helpful and as you would expect very professional.  Nothing was too much trouble.

I was impressed with the smoothness of the operation to and from theatre.  I was put at ease all the way and barely knew I was being put to sleep.

Unfortunately I was last on the list and it was a bit of a long wait, but I was offered the opportunity to go the T.V. room which helped the time go by a little quicker.

The unit itself was exceptionally clean, bright.

If I ever need another surgical procedure I would certainly not hesitate to ask to return to this unit.
