"Dr's Referral time"

Not sure what happened with my referral. Saw Dr 20/10/18 who referred me to see podiatrist but.after 3 weeks no notice of appointment

Checked with Baddow Reception and told they sent referral notice same day as my visit. Pain became so bad i went to local private clinic on the 16/11/18, they advised that the Toe was infected and had something called 'Hypergranulation'?The Clinic did what they could and gave me a telephone number for Provide. Called Provide who told me they received the Dr's referral notice 08/11/18 !! Provide made an hospital appointment for me straight away. Painful delay.
