"Disgrace service"

About: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

I was assessed at maudsley hospital in london 1/3/2011.

I was told had ptsd, borderline personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder and emotionally unstable personality disorder.

I was referred to mariner house in Ipswich they took me off the books we was told because I didnt contact them.

but at that time i was involved in a car accident which then i was on a low and not talked to any one.

When we asked questions recently they tried make exscuse.

Me and my wife had to fight to get me back on books and get seen.

The assessment team stated in report i was a risk in self harm and suicide and at risk of mental health deterioration which fits in with my previous assessments.

We was told we get some support and help. So felt postive.

Was given a doctor who works at mariner house Ipswich which who make a complaint against.

Medication i was on was making me stable i was high dosage of quetiapine. List underneath.

Her reson she took me of quetiapine because it make me fat.

When then found out by chemists who to unhappy way she had done it by reducing it 200mg a week.

We tried tell her medication she put me on was not working but she didn't listen to us.

Since came of quetiapine i have gotten worse.

The help we was told gonna get we aren't getting now and she told me i got be postive and not dwelling on past which im sure she haven't read my files as i was a victim of child abuse twice and found friend who tried commit sucide by shooting his self with a air rifle which i cant move on from and we told her i hear voices and was told was going to be put on medication for it and end up not.

She told me to stop drinking but then she told us me and my wife that she drink help make her sleep.

Which don't think right to say to patients.

She wasnt interested in my past and other mental health problems.

Who what may caused this all.

Tried explain stuff but she kept stopping us talking.

She was 15 minutes late see me and so she sore us for 15 minutes and then see next person we didnt get chance make are point across and she was planning to put me on course with group and it state on file and my old link worker told her it wouldn't be right for me and she still going ahead with it and said now on new medication what is not working she going to sign me off.

My gp to had fight to get help for me and then in under 2months mental health is signing me off again.

Its complet disgrace
