"I feel safe in their care"

I have ongoing health problems and feel very well cared for by this practice.

When I need to discuss anything I can do so over the phone with a GP, or I can make an appointment.

I recently needed some physiotherapy and this was organised by and took place in the surgery.

It worked and I am now pain free and mobile.

I order my repeat prescriptions on line on the surgery website and pick them up from my pharmacy.

They are always ready on time.

The GPs are considerate and always discuss with me the treatment they are recommending.

They answer all my questions without making me feel I am a nuisance.
