"Purely outstanding service"

I visited the surgery to ask if one of the doctors would be able to do a home visit for my elderly farther who had been feeling quite unwell for a few days, this was at 11am by 3pm a doctor had been to see my dad, arranged for him to be seen in hospital in which he was sat in the hospital bed.

I wanted to express my thanks for this outstanding and genuine service and to let the staff know there that they are greatly appreciated.
