"Fantastic hospital."

I went to this hospital to have a rigid cystoscopy and was very impressed with all the members of staff I dealt with. I was nervous and suffering anxiety and they all knew exactly what to say to make me as comfortable as possible leading up to the general anaesthetic. My pre-op care was exemplary and I was always able to get ahold of someone when I needed them. This is a private hospital but I feel I got the same level of care from them being an NHS patient and there was no bias in care. Highly recommended. Very professional but still so genuine and friendly.
