"appalling service"

I have never had such appalling service at a surgery before you can never get through on the phone from 8-30 am and when you do your cut off with a message that they can't takes calls and when you finally get through you have awful music blaring in your ear and up to a 30 min wait for someone to speak to you in this modern age this is totally unacceptable and should be addressed by the relevant authorities the worst thing is that the management don't seem the least bit bothered
