Thank you for the lovely  course that you ran on Hope and Well being. It was really lovely to be back with the Recovery College. There was some great tips and advice and useful information.

It was soul lifting to be back and to hear about others experiences and gather knowledge and insight from others

Many thank for your wonderfully positive comment on Thurrock Recovery college.

I think you highlight one of the main strengths of the RC which is the mutual support and learning from fellow students!!

Thank you so much and we hope you continue to enjoy your new found knowledge / tips etc and can apply them to everyday living.
