I recently attended the doctors not feeling well at all I was given a print appointment and I saw a particular doctor and I turned out to be more poorly than what I attended with she was so helpful, kind and understanding I was extremely distressed and anxious she was calm and gentle explained everything calmly and kindly and got me the care I needed at the hospital. She gave me extra time after surgery and I'm ashamed and embarrassed at seeing doctors and if she hadn't been so wonderful with me I could have ended up not going to hospital and ended up much more poorly. Also the receptionists have been brilliant with an urgent prescription and ringing me back in so very grateful thankyou everyone

Thank you for this positive feedback - we're so glad you got the treatment you needed, and hope your on the mend!

We have a Patient Participation Group at The Light Surgery - an active group of volunteer patients who meet regularly with staff from the practice to provide views from a patient's perspective. We are holding our next meeting on the 14th March and would love if you could attend to share your views. Please speak to reception for more information and let us know if you are able to attend.
