Always able to get an appointment when calling at 08:30 although the manner of the reception staff on the phone and in person seems to differ depending on whom you get - at times i have experienced a somewhat rude/abrupt manner but others have been very nice with no problem at all.
Use of online booking and the check-in screen at the surgery are great.
The Dr's and Nurses have always been extremely kind and helpful, wanting to listen to what i have to say and take into account my views and i have always felt satisfied with the outcome of any appointment i have had.
Any referrals i have needed have always been completed in a timely manner and this is easy to see and check if you have online services.
