"Toilet facilities outpatiebts"

About: King George Hospital

Friday 9th November I attende the cardiac outpatients dept. Wish was a very good experience. However I had to have a blood test whilst there I needed to use the toilet. I am disabled and need to use a wheelchair. I was extremely upset that the nearest toilets were not suitable for disabled use but I needed to use them. The new toilets are very low (more suitable for children) and there was a very small rail approx 2 feet away from the toilerpt. Consequently I was forced to call my daughter in to help me to get off the toilet. This was incredibly painful. I pulled several muscles and very embarrassing. Two days later I am still in sever pain.

I would have thought that n a hospital am toilets should be appropriate for use not discriminatory.
