(as the patient),

I have had mental health problems  for going on 10 years was diagnosed with BPD last August found  it hard to deal with and other things that were going on but getting help off my CPN and local mental health team have been very good giving me help to understand and I know if I'm struggling just at end off phone, I'm lucky to have a very good CPN who is excellent  and helped me after a very difficult  time and on going help with my BPD very supportive
