"Appointment mess up"

I am writing this review because I am angry and disappointed in this doctors, I rang up 3 weeks ago to get an appointment to have my implant out, they said I would have to have a phone all consultation with the doctor Whitch I did, after that they said I needed to make an appointment to have my blood pressure checked to go on a different type of birth control whitch I got an appointment very easy but when it came to booking an appointment to getting it out then that is a different story the first appointment I booked the person at the desk didn’t put in what I wanted correctly so I had to explain to the doctor why was there and she said she couldn’t do it because it needs to be a 20 minute appointment to have it out, so

Yet again I went to the front desk to re book an appointment witch I had on Thursday 8th November 2018 and they had booked me in again for the wrong thing so it has taken nearly a month to get it out I think this is out of order I can understand if it happened the first time because people make mistakes but to have it done twice in 2 weeks it’s out of order and I will be putting a letter of complaint into the doctors.
