Re my Mum's visit to the unit on 6.11.18 @ approx. 12:00hrs....

The receptionist was compassionate and caring.

The nurse she asked to come to reception to handle our query was patient, attentive and insisted my Mum speak with a doctor.

The consulting doctor (whom my Mum saw approx. 8 minutes after presenting at reception) was personable, communicative and explained matters well.

Once again, from where do you recruit your Ambulatory Care staff? They were EXCELLENT and great ambassadors for the NHS. Thank you.
