About: Lancaster Hospital

The operation went well ,staff were kind and helpful , fast recovery. Post op appt was also prompt and efficient however I was given the wrong discharge info and am having trouble contacting the hospital regarding a follow up TRKR . this is supposed to be in three weeks but have had no correspondence at all and no replies to emails or phone calls to date . Contact and communication is very very poor.
