"Rheumatology Helpline"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital / Rheumatology

There is little point in having a "helpline" for Rheumatology if every time you use it, the answerphone message is that the designated person will not be in the office for several days or they are away on holiday. If it's to be of any benefit to patients, messages need to be picked up at least twice a day.

Thank you.
