Can only echo the other 5 star reviews, what a credit to the NHS.

I attended the Unit for an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy on 3rd November and the first pleasant surprise was that despite the full waiting room I was called through at the appointed time. From then on throughout the various stages of initial assessment though to the procedure and eventual discharge I was treated at all stages by caring and friendly staff who put me completely at ease and made the whole process much less daunting than I had been fearing,
