(as the patient),

I came to see Richard a podiatrist at the East Surrey Hospital last Friday, I just wanted to say how helpful and kind he was.

Finally I feel someone has taken notice of the problem I am having with my foot and at last I am being referred on to an Orthopaedic Surgeon
