"Rude staff and rude Doctor"

Went in with my mother’s appointment. Had to wait two hrs.

Receptionist staff are very rude. Saw male doctor after two hrs wait, Could not believe how rude he was and he was chewing gum through out the session. He didn’t know how to do prescriptions on the computer and called his receptionist to assist him.

Finally it was the receptionist who completed prescriptions on the doctor’s computer while he just chewed gum and ticked the boxes. Very unprofessional. It makes me wonder if he really has a degree to be a doctor.

He made my mother sit there for over 40mins. When he could just sort the prescriptions and send them electronically to the pharmacy as it should be done.

While all this was done not once he spoke to my mum about her health or prescriptions.

Will definitely change the surgery. Will not recommend this surgery..

CCG of Haringey should look into this urgently.
