"Gastroscopy on 2nd November 3:15pm - Lovely &..."

I was naturally nervous about having the gastroscopy, but from walking in & speaking to the lovely, funny receptionist to leaving, I needn’t have been. Everyone was so kind. The Healthcare Assistant and doctor were so caring. I was sedated & even tho I was awake, I didn’t feel or know anything. The hospital was extremely clean & tidy. Got a phone call the next morning to see how I was.

Can’t fault anything??
