About: Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust / Child and adolescent mental health

(as a service user),

so I was diagnosed with anxiety in January  2017 and I was referred to camhs , I then had my first session around the middle of march ,they then ranked me on tier 4,  I then went on holiday to Ireland and came back and the next day I had another appointment, the therapist said " I will arrange another session" it never happened. 2 weeks later my parents get a letter home saying that they had referred me to family action, my dad then contacted them anonymously and they said they would not take the case. My parents fought a long hard battle and a meeting was arranged . the outcome of that meeting was that I was going to have more sessions ,however they sent a form for me to complete and once again I was in Ireland so of course I couldn't fill it . so on the first of august I was formally discharged
