About: Withington Community Hospital

Very disappointed in this particular hospital. I got referred here by another hospital and it took them 2 months to actually book me in for a test. They claimed that they had not received my referral. When I decided to complain, they miraculously found my referral. After eventually having my test done. I am still waiting for results. I can not speak to the secretary on the phone, as there is never anyone there! the reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. Even the hospital I am with have tried to chase up my results and still nothing. Three months, I have been waiting!

It is a disgrace of a hospital, I will not be going again!

I am very sorry that you have experienced delays with your tests and again with your wait for results. I am also sorry that your experience with the reception staff has been poor. It is very difficult to respond to the specific concerns you have raised or indeed to chase up the results that you are waiting for without being able to investigate your concerns in more detail.
