About: Northwick Park Hospital / Dermatology

The staff are dismissive and sometime just rude, treatment done wrongly but didn't seem to care. Impossible to ring them, even to cancel an appointment because I care not to waste an appointment slot, you just get a phone answering message, 'this service is busy, try later' and when you do get through it says you'll wait 3 minutes but in fact 22 minutes. Hmmmm completely annoying.
